My Story

As president and co-founder of O'Leary Ventures, I manage a portfolio of dozens of private investments in companies on behalf of Kevin O'Leary. It's my job to evaluate hundreds of investment and partnership opportunities, to negotiate and structure each deal, and to advise CEOs for years after we close. 

As an investor, adviser and mentor, I work with an amazing and diverse group of companies, like LovePop, PRx, Wicked Good Cupcakes, Kash, Blue J and 123Dentist.  

Previously, I co-founded Dayforce, a company that transformed workforce management with a dramatically faster, easier and cheaper app that worked entirely in the cloud. After we were acquired, I celebrated by paying my student loan in cash.

I love helping entrepreneurs launch their biggest and best ideas, and I love passing on whatever I've learned.
